Tiffany is passionate about helping her clients find personalized solutions in semi-permanent makeup that help give them confidence as well as save some time on their makeup routine. She is committed to providing the highest level of professional care, treatment, and customer service. She has impeccable precision and a unique artistic approach to each client.

Tiffany has  received her Permanent Cosmetic certifications from a nationally recognized semi-permanent makeup academy, 3D Brows Academy, She also has her blood borne pathogens certification in San Bernardino county, Orange County as well as Los Angeles County. She also took the extra step and has received her certification is National Sterilization.  Tiffany is educated and skilled in the techniques of microblading, microshading, color theory/correction and saline removals, Advanced Eyeliner techniques as well as machine hair stroke techniques and Paramedical Tattooing for Scar and stretch mark camouflage as well as radiation marker treatment cover ups.

Tiffany has been in the beauty, art and wellness industry for over 18 years! She started with special effects make up artistry, And freelance makeup. as well as various art backgrounds. She ventured into horticulture and holistic healing in 2006. She has been involved with everything from hair, skin, makeup, holistic care, and apothecary by the time 2018 rolled around she then started her own Permanent makeup business, The TIN KITTEN BEAUTY BAR, Combining her skills and talents. Wanting to focus on finding a way to combine her cosmetic tattoo art and her love for plants and natural healing she then created , Something Rebellious which is a holistic apothecary beauty and internal wellness line. she went on to take classes and received her Master Herbalist certificate, where she gained extensive knowledge of skincare with natural healing as well as mental healing.. She loves being able to express her art through makeup  and helping women feel confident on the outside as well as helping them feel confident on the inside too. She realized just how much it can really transform someone's face as well as how they feel about themselves daily. When she discovered the amazing results of this dynamic dou  she then continues to advance her techniques as well as continue to provide products that make her clients feel good and look amazing. Since then, she has taken over 10 advanced courses for permanent makeup including eyeliner, foxy liner, lash enhancements, and advanced hair stroke techniques into the nano machine hair strokes and paramedical tattoo camouflage. Her main objective being  able to help people look younger, feel more confident and get the look they have always wanted with feeling internally happy!
