To cancel or reschedule please contact ups within 24 hours, Deposits and payments are non refundable. if you are a no call no show or do not correctly contact about your reschedule your deposit and all payments will be forfeited and to book another appointment a new deposit will be needed. to cancel or reschedule please text 714-227-4547 with your booking information within 24 hours of your appointment. There is a 10% fee of the service cost if cancelation happens between service time and a 24 hour window if cancellation happens within 1 hour of the service time then 100% of the service fee is charged and owed
